Dips and Turkish platters are served to table depending on numbers.

Mixed platter of Turkish Salami, Sigara Borek, Falafel, Halloumi cheese and Dolma. Served with
Jajeek dip and Turkish bread.
Mains o choose:
Skewers of diced lamb leg marinated in Pasha’s secret recipe. Grilled and served on a seasonal salad, feta and olives.
Diced lamb cooked with eggplant, zucchini, beans, potato, carrot, celery, capsicum,
onions and then oven baked with cheese. Baked, served with bulghur pilav (Turkish
style cooked wheat) and a seasonal salad.
FISH OF THE DAY
Grilled fresh fish fillets. Served with a creamy spinach and mushroom sauce,
seasonal salad and rice. (Gf.)
